Quality processes and handbooks
¾«¶«Ó°Òµ has identified 16 priority processes to pursue institutional goals and ensure constant focus on continuous improvement. The processes place institutional mandates at the center, which rely on supporting processes for their effective implementation. The governance processes serve as a reference for all ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ activities.â¶Ä‹â€‹â¶Ä‹â€‹â¶Ä‹â€‹Quality development
A continuous improvement cycle is applied to each of the processes, which ensures the smooth running of the School and guarantees the quality of the various actions.¾«¶«Ó°Òµ has equipped itself with tools to collect, monitor and share measures related to quality development, with the aim of continuously verifying their effectiveness and making necessary adjustments. Special attention is given to the quality of Undergraduate and Graduate Studies, the quality of Continuing education, and the quality of research and services.
â¶Ä‹â€‹â¶Ä‹â€‹â¶Ä‹â€‹Every four years all processes undergo a general evaluation as part of the QAS Review.

Duties, responsibilities, and recognized forms of participation
Priority tasks and responsibilities
To ensure adequate quality management, the tasks and responsibilities are consistent with the ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ organisation.
Tasks of a strategic nature are the responsibility of the Director General, of the ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ Council and the Councils of the affiliated Schools, while operational tasks are the responsibility of the ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ Management, as well as of the Departments' and Affiliated Schools' managements.
The Quality Coordination Commission, as a body established by the ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ Executive Board, is responsible for supervising and coordinating the implementation of the School's Quality Assurance System.
â¶Ä‹â€‹â¶Ä‹â€‹â¶Ä‹â€‹Recognized forms of participation
The Quality Assurance System recognizes various participatory forms related to the smooth operation of the QAS and its processes. In particular, employees, basic education students and continuing education participants are regularly involved in the various practices and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the QAS.
To promote dynamic quality development, ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ also makes use of qualified external expertise, which encourages periodic discussion.
â¶Ä‹â€‹â¶Ä‹â€‹â¶Ä‹â€‹Sustainability, Equal Opportunity and Internationality
Sustainability, equal opportunity, and internationality are central cross-cutting themes for ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ.
Sustainability and equal opportunity are integrated into processes, and contribute to the pursuit of continuous improvement. Most processes include a correlation with these themes, which are considered and reviewed regularly.
Internationality plays a crucial role in improving the disciplinary, professional, personal and language skills of employees and students.
