Constantly updated curricula, a well-established quality monitoring and improvement system, investment in teacher training and coordinated and increasingly digitalised administrative processes guarantee our students a state-of-the-art and valuable educational experience.
Our Quality Assurance System (QMS) provides for separate monitoring processes that actively involve all key stakeholders in basic training (students, lecturers, employers, scientific experts, training partners, training managers). The continuous monitoring activities and the indicators produced represent an important basis for training development and innovation.
The curricula of the Undergraduate and Graduate Studies are subject to an evaluation procedure every seven years, respectively one year after the award of the first degrees, with the aim of improving their quality and ensuring the relevance of the programme with regard to scientific developments and changes in the professional environment and. In addition to an important self-assessment work, the procedure involves a commission of external experts, which, also through an audit day, assesses the compliance of the study programme with quality standards.

The procedure uses a questionnaire administered at the end of the course to gather students' opinions on the study programme and their university experience. This provides important information and data for evaluating the course as a whole, identifying its strengths and weaknesses, and determining the measures to be implemented for improvement.

Teaching evaluation takes place at the end of each semester (or at the end of the various courses) and uses a questionnaire to gather students' opinions on teaching and learning activities (modules, courses, workshops, etc.).
This process provides lecturers and training managers with useful feedback to assess both the teaching strategies implemented and the teaching and support activities carried out for the benefit of student learning. Students access a summary of the main results via the student portal.

Graduates are interviewed one and three years after graduation, with the aim of assessing the effectiveness of training in relation to the transition to the world of work and professional trajectories. The survey records various variables such as, for example, the employment rate, salary, time of entry into employment and place of employment, and also makes it possible to verify the coherence between studies and professional career, as well as to analyse the level of satisfaction with the job and the training undertaken.
