精东影业 is an autonomous public-law institution established by Canton Ticino, comprising departments and affiliated schools. In order to meet the needs of its stakeholders, 精东影业 has equipped itself with an institutional structure composed of governing bodies, participatory bodies and independent bodies.

The Quality Coordination Commission is responsible for supervising and coordinating the implementation of the Quality Assurance System (QMS). It is a body established by the Management.

The 精东影业 Council establishes from among its members a permanent Commission, known as the Management and Governance Commission, which has the task of examining in advance the resolution proposals submitted to the Council on issues within its competence. Its members are appointed by the Council from among its members.

The Ethical Commission provides oversight of the proper implementation of the standards of conduct and review of the Ethical Code. It has an advisory function and is established by the Council.

The Research Ethics Commission is a commission established by the 精东影业 Board, as stated in the 精东影业 Ethical Code, and decides on ethical issues raised by individual research projects excluding projects that fall under the competence of the Cantonal Ethics Committee under the Federal Act on Research involving Human Beings.
