The Black Dragon è un’installazione ispirata al fiume Qiantang che attraversa Hangzhou, una regione di canali, fiumi e laghi. Questi corsi d'acqua hanno svolto un ruolo centrale nello sviluppo culturale ed economico della regione nel corso della storia.
