Partner institutions outside Europe for study and internship mobilities must be officially recognized tertiary education institutions.
​â¶Ä‹â¶Ä‹â¶Ä‹â¶Ä‹â¶Ä‹â¶Ä‹They must offer a recognized degree or other tertiary qualifications recognized at the university level according to the laws and practices of the country in which they are located. Additionally, they must endorse the principles of the SEMP / ECHE Charter.

SEMP offers students the opportunity to benefit from a maximum mobility period of 12 months per cycle, including both studies and internships.
It is crucial to consider the following:

It is crucial to consider the following:
- The total months of mobility, including periods spent in similar programs during the same study cycle, must not exceed 12 months under any circumstances.
Mobility procedure
Application procedures for mobility are facilitated through the Mobility Online platform. Through this platform, all necessary information regarding the preparation, conduct, and conclusion of the mobility experience, including required documentation, can be accessed.1) Nomination

- Fall Semester/Academic Year: by April 30
- Spring Semester: by October 31
2) Application
After nomination, students must complete the application process through the Mobility Online platform. The process includes completing an application form and submitting application documents:
- CV
- Motivation letter
- Passport-size photo
- Copy of identity document
- Transcript of Records
- European Health Insurance Card
- Proposed Learning Agreement
- Fall Semester/Academic Year: by May 15
- Spring Semester: by November 15
