Sustainability at the Long Night of Careers
The 2023 edition of the Long Night of Careers dealt with the theme of well-being in the workplace and work-life balance (and/or study), issues that are the subject of interest and debate.
There are many goals pursued by the UN 2030 Agenda that respond to these challenges, such as Goal 5 on gender equality, Goal 8 to promote lasting, inclusive and sustainable economic growth, full and productive employment and decent work for all, or Goal 10 to reduce inequality.
The evening combined career prospects and the development of transversal skills necessary for the world of work with the concept of work/study-life balance. The students and recent graduates had the opportunity to interact with local professionals in a dynamic and interactive context and reflect on this increasingly important issue, as well as to learn about the best practices already implemented by companies and institutions present at the evening.
Congratulations to the winners of the #Main Contest "Which work/study-life balance solutions for 2035 organisations?":
