The meeting aims to present a model for analysing teacher performance in the classroom based on five factors: synchrony, strengths, energy, rhythm, activation. The model is used in various contexts that require a high awareness of the quality of professional performance, such as sports, management, music and healthcare.
The insights from the model, personalised through the completion of a self-observation questionnaire, will enable each participant to focus on the main areas for improvement and share examples of good practice, both in terms of verbal and non-verbal communication process and group management techniques.
