The Reteca Foundation was founded in 2002 at the wish of Mr. Rainer Techow, an electrical engineer, and supports young engineers from developing countries in carrying out applied research in the field of electrical engineering during a 12-month stay in Switzerland.
The aim is to train these young engineers so that the skills they acquire can be useful when they return to their home countries. To achieve these objectives, the RETECA Foundation signed an agreement with the University of Applied Sciences and Arts of Southern Switzerland on 14 April 2002. The applied nature of the research activities conducted at the universities of applied sciences makes 精东影业 the ideal partner for the foundation.
