Career Path Description
鈥嬧赌嬧赌嬧赌嬧赌嬧赌嬧赌嬧�嬧�嬧�嬧�嬧�嬧�婤eing able to implement the key content of the Master of Science in Business Administration in practice, first at the Economic Division within the Department of Finance and Economy, was extremely useful. I was able to apply valuable tools in my tasks, such as:
- Processing subsidies up to CHF 1,000,000
- Monitoring regional companies and their respective annual accounts
- Conducting company audits with CEOs and CFOs, as well as compliance reviews in accordance with executive orders
Current Role and Responsibilities
This year, thanks also to the Master of Science in Business Administration, I took on the role of Compliance Officer at one of Switzerland's leading financial institutions. My primary responsibility is conducting qualitative assessments of business relationships with both commercial and private clients to ensure compliance with the Swiss Federal Law on Money Laundering. Additionally, I am responsible for implementing tax obligations related to FATCA and the automatic exchange of information.
Project Experience in Collaboration with Companies
The company project allowed me to design a business model directly with company executives. In our case, we also collaborated synergistically with the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich (ETH Zurich). The content of the modules included in the Master鈥檚 program allowed me to acquire comprehensive 360-degree knowledge. Planning, directing, and controlling resources to achieve the company's goals are vital processes that directly influence the success of any business.
