How can schools effectively educate students to enable them to navigate their academic and professional futures and realise their potential?
The meeting explores this question through an educational and research project that aims to offer theoretical, practical and experiential insights to rethink and redesign school and career guidance as a continuous and transformative process through Life Design.
The programme has been co-designed and tested (testing is still ongoing) with secondary schools and universities, involving over 300 students. The research supports the educational activity with a mixed methodology to analyse the impact on self-efficacy and planning skills.
