The project is financied by Movetia for the period 2023-2025. It sees the realization of a joint training pathway, will allow the improvement of the quality of the educational offer of the universities, through the implementation of learning experiences in an international classroom context, with the sharing of knowledge and experiences, using ICT, in synchronous and asynchronous, in English. It will also enable the promotion of virtual (through ICT) and real (through an intensive programme) students and lecturers’ mobility.
The specific objectives of the project are:
- To implement the use of ICT in all the universities involved, using user-friendly tools and secure platforms that respect privacy rules
- To promote cooperation between universities and health companies
- Promote digital literacy of students and lecturers
- To propose a new educational offer through high-quality contents, which enriches students' competencies in a logic of Advanced Practice Nursing, understood as a nurse with advanced knowledge and skills, expendable in clinical, coaching/training, management, and research
- To promote employability through the creation of advanced skills, networking, and the implementation of the English language
- To promote internationalization through virtual and real mobility lecturers and of working students who normally have more difficulties in long-term exchange
- To promote the use of the English language for students and teachers
- To promote a network of advanced practice nurses
The outcomes of the project are:
- A Syllabus integrating joint didactic modules offer on the specific competencies of the Advanced Practice Nurse
- The design and realization of training modules usable at a distance on the related Moodle platform (in synchronous and asynchronous), in English
- The production of a summary document on the contents of the respective modules, in English and in the languages of the partner countries, freely usable from the websites of the participating universities
- An intensive in-presence course to foster the exchange and cooperation of the international group of advanced practice nurses (APN)
- The planning of a conference in each participating country to promote/disseminate an APN network, involving stakeholders (health services)
- The project will focus on green practices
