The study aims to understand the feasibility of data collected with wearable devices for assessing the effect of individual behaviors (e.g., circadian disruption, sleep quality, ...) on well-being.
Participants will be asked to wear smartwatches or smart rings (Garmin or Oura) both day and night and fill in daily questionnaires for the total duration of the study (at least 1 month). These devices will collect valuable data on the volunteers' health and daily activities, which will then be analysed to identify trends and connections to well-being.
