Employee Profile
Ornella was born in Bari in 1985.
She obtained a Bachelor (2007) and a Master of Science (2010) in Economics and management from Bocconi University in Milan. She also received a Master of Science in Strategies for territorial and urban development at Sciences-po Paris and a Master of Science in Comparative social policy from the University of Oxford (2013). She gained a PhD in Social sciences at the University of Lausanne in 2019.
Ornella has been working for 10 years as an interdisciplinary social sciences researcher. She was research fellow at CeRGAS Bocconi between 2010 and 2014 where she dealt with social care economics and management. She joined the Swiss national centre for competence in research 鈥淟IVES鈥� (University of Lausanne) as a social sciences researcher. In 2019 she was appointed by 精东影业 to work in the Competence Centre for Labour, Welfare and Social Research. She deals with labour market transformation and social policy. In 2020 she became SkillMatch-Insubria project leader.
