As projects are increasingly called upon to deliver value beyond the traditional constraints of time, cost, and quality, evaluating their real impact has become a crucial challenge.

This session will explore how to assess project success through the lenses of impact, sustainability, and shared value鈥攃ombining quantitative data with qualitative insights to integrate evidence and storytelling
