Omar Sampietro works at BeHuman HR Consulting GmbH in Lugano and is involved in the professional reintegration of people with a health problem by acting as a Coach or Case Manager, as well as advising companies regarding the topic of human capital management and enhancement; he obtained his CAS Case Management in 2021.
Where does he work and what does he do?
â¶Ä‹I work at BeHuman HR Consulting GmbH in Lugano; in the company we deal with professional reintegration of people who have had (or have) a health problem. In this context we act either as a coach or as a case manager. In addition to this activity, we are also present in the market as consultants regarding the topic of human capital management and enhancement and, in this case, we give support to companies.
What motivated you to attend CAS Case Management?
â¶Ä‹I have often heard about case management in my work. So I was interested in learning more about the method of action for the structured and coordinated design of support and counseling processes in the insurance, social and health sectors. My goal has always been to provide the people I accompany within the framework of change management pathways with tangible support and services geared toward the management of available resources. And this is in order to find the solutions that best suit the circumstances and meet the person's needs.
How would you describe your experience and what did you enjoy most about the training?
â¶Ä‹Enriching both from a human point of view and in learning the methodology of case management. I especially appreciated the exchange of views and experiences with colleagues active in fields other than mine, such as health care or social work as well as with the various CAS faculty.
What contribution has attending CAS made to your professional development and daily actions?
â¶Ä‹A greater knowledge of the tools, of the local actors active in the insurance, social and health sectors, and a methodology that now allows me to manage with even greater efficiency and effectiveness the cases of the people entrusted to me within the framework of change management pathways, whether we are talking about professional reintegration or case management.
To whom would you recommend, and why, this training course?
â¶Ä‹To all those who daily have to give support to people who are going through a difficult time, mainly traced back to a health problem, whether physical or mental.
