Last week, at the Casa delle generazioni in Mendrisio, a presentation was held of the projects realised by the second-year students of the Bachelor in Leisure Management as part of the "Digital Communication & Content Production" module.
The module offers students an opportunity to deepen their theoretical understanding of digital communication tools and enables them to put them into practice through group work developed in collaboration with local partners. Among the projects realised, the collaboration with Pro Senectute Ticino and Moesano stands out for the realisation of a communication plan to support Community Social Work, with a particular focus on the Mendrisiotto neighbourhood gatekeepers and the Sagra delle Erbacce. The latter initiative also involves Bachelor's degree students in Social Work.
The presentation was attended by module manager Andrea Di Stefano, Claudio Lucini representing the Social Work area, two representatives of Pro Senectute Community Social Work and the representatives of the ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ Competence Centre on Ageing.
This collaboration represents a significant example of synergy between different degree courses, local authorities and a skills centre, fostering an exchange of knowledge and skills that enriches the training of students.
