From 1999 to 2014: scientific director of the MAS program Net-MEGS, from 2008 to 2014 as chair of the Summer School in Public Health Policy, Economics and Management. Since 2004 he has been active as health policy analyst. During 3 years he has been part of the advisory committee of the Swiss conference of cantonal health ministers and since 2013 he has been member of the experts committee of the National health policy strategy "Gesundheit2020". He is on the editorial board of: Health Policy, Politiche Sanitarie and the International Journal of Public Health.
