The LL.M. program is unique in Canton Ticino. It is entirely offered in English, featuring the participation of internationally renowned professors and experts.
The program consists of 18 months of coursework followed by 6 months dedicated to the preparation of the final thesis.
It grants 60 ECTS credits and includes 400 hours of lectures.

A mock negotiation is included, providing students with a practical simulation in which they will test their skills by acting as competent authorities and stakeholders involved in negotiating (part of) a bilateral tax treaty or a mutual agreement procedure.
Program Start:
The LL.M. in International Tax Law begins in September 2025, with classes held twice a month:
- Thursday evening (18:00–21:30)
- Friday all day (08:30–16:30)
- Saturday morning (08:30–12:00)
Hybrid Format: Attendance is possible both in person and online.
Fees:
- Enrollment fee: CHF 24,000 + CHF 1,500 for the thesis
