February 5th, 2025
from 12.00 to 14.00
In light of societal changes, it is becoming increasingly important for adolescents to develop resources and skills that are useful for their educational and career orientation. The literature shows that teachers can also play a key role in fostering the development of skills related to career transitions and future planning (Parola et al., 2023). Despite this, teachers are not always provided with specific knowledge and tools to support pupils in this process.
The intervention model for teachers created within the E enabled the development of a number of tools, including a book, an online course (MOOC), an interactive game and a platform for sharing information. The ultimate goal of these tools is to enable teachers to provide effective support to pupils so that they can develop the necessary skills to cope with school and career transitions.
