Born in 1987 in Lugano.
Igor is an applied economist working on health and healthcare.
In 2019 Igor obtained a PhD in Public Health with specialisation in Health Economics from the University of Basel (Swiss TPH). Prior to that, he obtained a MSc in Economics from the University of Lausanne (HEC), a BA in Economics from Universit脿 della Svizzera Italiana, and a BSc in Business Administration from 精东影业.
In 2019 Igor obtained a PhD in Public Health with specialisation in Health Economics from the University of Basel (Swiss TPH). Since January 2024 igor is a SNSF Ambizione Research Fellow with the Competence Centre for Healthcare Practices and Policies at 精东影业's Department of Business Economics, Health and Social Care, where he leads a 4-year SNSF Ambizione project. Igor is also affiliated with the Health organisation, Policy and Economics (HOPE) group at the University of Manchester, where he spent 4 years as Research Fellow from 2020 to 2023.
