Precision Health Day
¾«¶«Ó°Òµ Article Header
March 28th, 2025
The first edition of this Precision Health Day will focus on applied research for precision health, a holistic approach aimed at developing proactive and personalized solutions to health problems by integrating interindividual variability into behavioral, environmental, and genetic determinants of health. This approach is based on preventive, prognostic, diagnostic, and therapeutic applications in the following areas:
- data science and artificial intelligence,
- innovative medical devices,
- intelligent biomedical sensors and signal processing,
- image analysis,
- bioinformatics,
- ubiquitous health and telemedicine solutions.
The program will feature keynotes and research presentations from a selection of submitted abstracts (call for abstracts). The presentations will be held in Italian or English and will also be available remotely.

For this first edition of this Precision Health Day, we are inviting submissions of abstracts describing applied research for precision health, including preventive, prognostic, diagnostic, and therapeutic applications in the following areas:
- data science and artificial intelligence,
- innovative medical devices,
- intelligent biomedical sensors and signal processing,
- image analysis,
- bioinformatics,
- biostatistics,
- ubiquitous health and telemedicine solutions.
Abstracts must be submitted exclusively online () and must be received by December 18, 2024.
Abstract topics should correspond to the event focus areas mentioned above. Abstracts must be submitted in English, should not exceed 2 pages (references included), and must report new or recent substantive research in the topics listed above.
Submitted abstracts can be considered for oral presentations (10 minutes, followed by a 5-minute discussion) or for poster presentation, as selected by the event scientific committee.
Accepted abstracts will be listed on the event website (authors and title, in the programme) and shared (complete abstracts) with all participants. All presenters must register for the event. The presentation of the selected abstracts will be possible in English or in Italian.
