Field Project - Football Club Lugano

The business challenge for FC Lugano was to understand how the local audience perceives Swiss top-tier football, as well as the frequency and channels through which they consume it. The goal was to identify areas for improvement within the company in relation to potential new customers.
Through an internal analysis of the organization's structure and an examination of FC Lugano's current contact database, the students proposed recommendations to attract new customers. Understanding how Swiss football is perceived and consumed in relation to its main competitors, including other sports, and the overall positioning of the company in the Ticino context, the students presented proposals aimed at enhancing the product's improvement potential.
