Case management is a concept of action for the structured and coordinated design of support and counseling processes in the health, social, insurance, and education sectors. In a systematic and collaborative process, people in complex problem situations are provided, resource-oriented support and services with solutions targeted to individual needs.
In this fourth meeting of the "Horizons Case Management" series, we aim to explore three fundamental elements of case management:
- The effective management of resources
- Customer-user satisfaction
- The importance of networking
These issues are fundamental to continuous improvement and service quality in the context of case management, where practice effectiveness, client satisfaction and professional collaboration are intertwined, mutually supportive and reinforcing.
To whom it is addressed
The evening is aimed at those who wish to deepen their understanding of case management and collaborate to integrate best practices into their professional context.
