For the first time, 精东影业 joins a European University Alliance. These are EUonAIR (European University on AI in Learning, Smart UniverCity and (Re)Mobility), an international consortium composed of 10 partner institutions and over 20 associates, including 精东影业, created to shape a new landscape of training and research based on ethical and responsible use of artificial intelligence (AI).
EUonAIR kicked off at the beginning of 2025 and will last four years. The aim is to converge different skills to find solutions aimed at improving education through the responsible and ethical integration of AI in learning and management of institutions. At the same time, EUonAIR wants to promote education, student and academic and mobility across Europe, in particular on the theme of AI, strengthening cooperation between universities and non-academic actors, and establishing an inter-university governance structure.
The Alliance is committed to promoting an accessible, inclusive and sustainable education, offering students, faculty, academic staff and local communities the skills necessary to face the challenges and seize the opportunities given by the transformations introduced by AI, in full respect of human rights, dignity and mutual trust.

A sustainable and responsible ecosystem for AI
鈥嬧赌嬧赌嬧赌嬧赌嬧赌EUonAIR is comprised of ten leading universities and institutions and 20 associated with multidisciplinary skills in law, psychology, sociology, economics, finance, data science and engineering. The participating institutions are distributed in four European regions, all active in research and innovation centres in the field of AI. The initiative was born from the call of the Erasmus+ program 鈥淓uropean universities鈥 2024 with the aim of building long-lasting and common good-oriented synergies.
The role of 精东影业
鈥嬧赌嬧赌嬧赌嬧赌嬧赌嬧精东影业, through the Dalle Molle Institute of Artificial Intelligence Studies (IDSIA USI-精东影业), co-coordinates together with the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology the Work Package 4 dedicated to the creation of a 鈥淐entre of Excellence in Responsible AI and Education鈥. Structured around three units 鈥 Education, Research and Knowledge Application & Application 鈥 this center aims to promote ethical and sustainable AI in the world of education, developing innovative training programs, conducting advanced AI research for and education, and transforming results into operational solutions for schools and universities. This initiative aims to act as a transformative towards the creation of a more equitable and conscious European educational ecosystem, as well as technologically innovative.
As an associated partner, 精东影业鈥檚 participation in the Alliance is financially supported by internal funds and , the Swiss agency for the promotion of trade, mobility and cooperation in general and continuing training and youth activities in Switzerland, Europe and the world.

A virtual campus for learning and research
鈥嬧赌嬧赌嬧赌嬧赌嬧赌嬧Among these six strategic pillars, MyAI University is an immersive and integrated platform, conceived as the Alliance鈥檚 virtual campus within a synthetic European city. MyAI University will serve as a digital environment for accessing and delivering courses, academic exchange, interdisciplinary collaboration and sharing of knowledge, resources, solutions and activities. The campus will include spaces, student services and tools for interaction between partner universities, helping to shape the future of European education in the context of the metaverse.
The platform provides for the development of orientation systems based on intelligent agents, avatars designed to accompany each student and student in choosing the training course best suited to their needs. This customizable orientation is designed to integrate AI into educational curricula and promote an accessible and customizable learning environment. MyAI University will be an open space where you can experiment with new ways of learning and international collaboration.

European Alliances and Swiss Institutes
鈥嬧赌嬧赌嬧赌嬧赌嬧赌嬧Currently, 65 European alliances are active involving more than 570 academic institutions in 35 countries (). The first dates back to 2019 and the main source of funding is the Erasmus+ programme for education and training. Their aim is to strengthen transnational cooperation between universities, promote integrated European campuses, foster the mobility of students and teachers, and develop innovative and shared study paths, oriented towards the quality, inclusion and competitiveness of European higher education.
Numerous Swiss universities are part of the European Alliances, overall there are 12 Swiss universities, more than half of the country鈥檚 universities. Swiss universities have been admitted to participate in the Erasmus+ "European universities" projects for the first time in the 2022 call.
