The CCT, as an Italophone pole dealing with law, especially tax law, frequently participates in Public Consultations, both national, opened by the Federal Council, and international.
Recently, in the Swiss context, the CCT has expressed its views on current issues including the tax regulation of trusts in Switzerland, Value Added Tax (VAT), and withholding tax (IP). It also participated in the European Commission's public consultation on the international application of withholding tax on capital.
