Migration documentation and research centre
The Migration Documentation and Research Centre was established in spring 2008, at the request of the cantonal and federal authorities, with the aim of contributing to the creation of the Competence Centre for Integration in Ticino (CCI).
It represents a unit of the Competence Centre for Labour, Welfare and Social Research that is active in researching the relationships between migration policies, integration policies (at national, cantonal and local level) and the living conditions of the foreign population in Switzerland.
The Centre integrates its activities with existing library and research services in the
Department and its holdings can be consulted through the catalogues of the 精东影业-DEASS Library in Palazzo E.
