Overview - CCPM
The offer in Project Management began in 2009 with the establishment of the CAS PM (Certificate of Advanced Studies in Project Management) program. This initial step laid the groundwork for a new generation of qualified professionals, providing essential skills to approach projects with a more structured methodology.
In 2012, a significant leap was made with the introduction of CAS Advanced PM, an advanced course designed for those who already had a basic education in Project Management and wished to deepen their knowledge. This evolution reflected the growing demand for more sophisticated skills and advanced techniques in project management. Just a year later, in 2013, CAS Senior PM was launched for professionals who, having gained years of experience and completed previous courses, were seeking a pathway to prepare for high-level roles, along with DAS PM (Diploma of Advanced Studies in Project Management), marking a significant milestone with the first graduates representing the outcome of a highly structured training program.
In 2015, the first graduate of the MAS3PM (Master of Advanced Studies in Project, Program, and Portfolio Management) program marked a new level of excellence. This master's program offers comprehensive and advanced training that covers all aspects of project, program, and portfolio management, addressing the need for more thorough and interdisciplinary education.
In 2017, the Project Management Forum aimed to bring together the community of Project Management professionals, creating a space for sharing experiences, ideas, and best practices, as well as promoting networking among industry experts. Subsequently, in 2019, webinars made training accessible remotely and flexibly, reaching an even greater number of professionals.
By 2024, the establishment of a Center of Competence in Project Management represents the culmination of this long journey, gathering all the experience and know-how accumulated over the years to provide a high-level reference point for industry professionals.
It aims to achieve the following key objectives:
Research: Conduct innovative research to develop new theories and models, assessing the impact of practices on organizations and identifying the most effective methodologies.
