How long does it take to get information about the application?
A Competition Committee is appointed for each call and evaluates the applications after the deadline. The application evaluation process takes some technical time depending on the profile and the number of files received. An attempt is made to give feedback as soon as possible; all candidates are contacted at the appropriate time by the human resources department about the outcome of their application.
If you are interested in several open positions at the same time, what should you do?
Each competition has its own procedure. If you are interested in more than one position, you must send an application dossier for each of them.
Is it possible to send an application after the deadline indicated in the competition notice?
No, applications sent after the deadline indicated in the notice cannot be taken into consideration. The date and time of registration of the application in the system shall be decisive.
Is there a ranking list?
No, according to current legal regulations, no ranking list is drawn up and published.
Problems during the online application process?
Please check that the following criteria are met:
Mandatory fields: fill in all mandatory fields marked with an asterisk.
Name of files to be uploaded:
- delete special characters such as, for example, / & % . ! ( );
- remove accents from letters;
- remove spaces between words.

What to do if you do not have a work certificate?
An employment certificate is a document issued by the previous or current employer (interim certificate), which states the start and end date of the employment relationship, the function and activities performed, the percentage of work and other aspects concerning the professional relationship. In Switzerland, as in other European countries, the work certificate is a compulsory document. Since a work certificate must be attached to the application form, if you do not have one, you can upload letters of reference and/or other documents proving previous employment or a self-declaration stating that you do not have one.
