Services are one-off intervention activities of the Competence Centre for Management and Entrepreneurship in favour of a local company, body or institution with the aim of developing tailor-made solutions to specific problems.
Projects have an indicative duration of a few months and provide for a full financial contribution from the corporate or institutional partner.
The focus of the services lies on the adaptation and implementation of management tools that are already established elsewhere in specific sectors and contexts, as well as on the provision of services supported by innovative tools and characterised by a high level of customisation, all with a strong practical orientation.
Services are also offered to support public administration in the evaluation of public policies, in the configuration of reorganisation projects in particularly critical areas and in projects requiring a certain political sensitivity.
