Riccardo Vaccargiu is a participant of the Continuing Education of the Department of Innovative Technologies in Project, Program and Portfolio Management. He considers The opportunity to be asked to introduce a method, contextualize it, create and disseminate real best-practices, is the true lifeblood of every professional.
What do you see as the strength of Continuing Education at the Department of Innovative Technologies?
â¶Ä‹I have found in the ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ Continuing Education plan the true essence of theory applied to practice: professionals from a wide variety of fields "tell" the method and techniques by fostering their contextualization in a knowledgeable manner, often soliciting discussion with students. The contradictions and difficulties with which the working reality is plagued are thus broken down.
What has this training transmitted to you?
â¶Ä‹Continuing education has exhorted me and the company, in addition to the introduction of a method and discipline, Project Management in all its derivations, to an appetite for knowledge and consequent cultural growth: to recognize that there is no package of right actions to be imposed regardless of what happens in the context of application, but that one is constantly required to immerse oneself in the flow of things, leading one to question the consequences of one's actions.
What instead is the legacy for your company?
â¶Ä‹The methodology implicitly introduced a project management standard in the company based on some recognized standards, such as PMI and Agile, but at the same time tailored to the application context.
If you were to recommend this experience, what would you say?
â¶Ä‹I would say that continuing education serves in every way as a professional and cultural hub; a hub within which it is a pleasure and, why not, an honor, to compare and learn from a multitude of professionals and, above all, people.
