What made you choose a Continuing Education course?
â¶Ä‹The desire to become an IT manager, starting with IT and bridging all knowledge gaps, and eventually leading an IT department.
What course did you take and why at the Department of Innovative Technologies (DTI)?
â¶Ä‹I followed the MAS in IT Management and Governance, a comprehensive course that guided me in my goal strategically and tactically.
How did your working life change after the course?
â¶Ä‹The impact was immediate and noticeable: I saw a change in my dimension in the company and how my colleagues behaved towards me.
An operational figure solves a problem or implements a solution very effectively, but does not have the ability to think globally, how to achieve the result and how it should be perceived, by putting himself on the side of management.
Would you recommend this experience and why?
â¶Ä‹Of course! Training is never a cost, but an investment that requires sacrifices, but gives you a return in many respects.
The desire to grow and the hunger to reach one's goals is at the top of the knowledge pyramid.
