What profession are you currently in?
鈥嬧赌�I am currently working as a nurse at the University Hospital of Zurich and completing a residency in critical care.
Why did you choose a university education? And why, in particular, the Bachelor's degree in Nursing from 精东影业?
鈥嬧赌�The decision to pursue this training matured as early as my high school years, when I had the opportunity to closely observe the work of the nurse in his or her daily practice and to delve into the discipline-specific literature, with a particular focus on Anglo-Saxon and Canadian literature. This experience allowed me to better understand the challenges and satisfactions of this profession, fueling my interest and determination.

鈥嬧赌�The training I received proved to be an extremely enriching experience, both academically and personally. It did not just train me as a health professional, but had a profound impact on my personal growth, making me a more knowledgeable and well-rounded person. Some technical skills, which may seem fundamental at first, can also be acquired through practical field experience or self-study. What, however, cannot be acquired except through this path is the development of skills that go beyond 鈥渏ust鈥� knowing how to do. Examples include introspection and self-evaluation, critical and reflective thinking, and essential soft skills such as stress management, analysis and problem solving, emotional intelligence, interprofessional working, and the ability to learn continuously. From the very first class, I was presented with post-formal thinking that guided and enriched my training. I believe that, ultimately, it is these soft skills that have had a lasting impact on my clinical practice, improving my communication, relationship, and collaboration with the various care actors involved.
What advice would you give to someone who wants to pursue your path or profession?
