The project deals with the development of the first autonomous prototypes of plastering robots that can enter residential and commercial construction sites. Within the project two platform prototypes will be engineered:
The project deals with the development of the first autonomous prototypes of plastering robots that can enter residential and commercial construction sites. Within the project two platform prototypes will be engineered:
- On-floor platform: a wheeled mobile manipulator with a vertical axis for depositing material through spray processes;
- On-wall platform: a climbing robotic platform with a multi-axis locomotion system for surface finishing tasks with contact technologies (i.e. grinding, sanding, scraping or smoothing).
