The module aims at providing students with advanced concepts, methodologies, and tools for analyzing industry trends and to develop a proactive, entrepreneurial approach to strategic management and eventually to become entrepreneurs though new ventures creation.
The module has the goal to translate the entrepreneurial opportunity in a business innovation plan by performing the relevant analyses to develop and validate innovative projects. To achieve this result, students will first learn the relevant tools through case studies resolution, and then apply the tools to their project.
