The project required students to conduct a contextual analysis of Lingue e Sport, develop and formulate a value proposition, and define new courses to be offered to potential users.
Lingue e Sport is involved in organizing educational activities for the youth of the Canton of Ticino, aiming to increase the study and practice of modern languages in their free time. This is achieved through the organization of communal living stays where language practice is integrated into appropriate cultural, recreational, and sports activities. The challenge assigned to the group of students was to expand the target audience and the offerings provided by Lingue e Sport.

To accomplish this, the students prepared and conducted surveys and questionnaires targeting a specific audience. The collected data provided valuable information to present Lingue e Sport with a proposal that could both meet their expectations and be useful for implementation within their organization
